JOB TITLE: HELPDESK OPERATOR AND FUNCTIONALITY QUALITY ANALYST

The Role:

As part of the Technical Team that is responsible for supporting the CMS and its content, this is a role with two complementary responsibilities. Working in a team you will divide your time across two functions - Functionality QA and Helpdesk.

The Helpdesk Analyst will support internal users and external market agencies of digital globally. Shift patterns are based on planned tasks and could require you work from 6:00am-14:30 and/or 11:30-20:00, although mostly you will work a standard day shift of 9:00-17:30. Experience of CMS Tridion is essential.

The Functionality QA duties include (but are not limited to) liaising with and support 3rd parties during digital development cycles, supporting the authors and being the subject matter experts on Tridion and digital components.
