The PM will take a leading role on the delivery of a variety of website solutions across both and As the scope of work is varied it requires the PM to have a broad experience of delivering various type of brand, content and technical website solutions / projects. The right candidate will have experience of rolling out CMS-based websites, have a strong interest in user testing and user experience, be knowledgable in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, and have a solid understanding of JIRA and digital technologies in general.

Job Description:

  1. The PM focus is to successfully define, scope, manage and deliver projects as a liaison between Strategic Planning, Account, Creative, Development, Authoring, Finance, vendors and third party vendors (as and when applicable)
  2. The PM is Client-facing for direct conversations regarding projects (budgets, timings, scope, etc.)
  3. In addition to managing the projects internally and with Client partners, the PM also oversees production (3rd party agency) and Spark’s vendor relationships for their projects
  4. The PM is responsible for ensuring timely, in-budget quality deliverables for projects in accordance with the agency’s goals, balancing project details with the big picture
  5. The PM must be able to work resourcefully (both independently and in teams), knowing how to manage risks and when to escalate issues
