We’re currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to own Talent Acquisition for our London offices. Reporting to the UK HR Director and working closely with the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring Spark44 is consistently hiring the best people.
A typical day will involve meeting hiring managers to scope requirements, engaging with our team of external agencies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all live vacancies, ensuring Spark44 are hiring against their core values, and direct sourcing/pipelining potential talent.
This role is made for someone who thrives under pressure, and is able to multi-task in what can be a pressurised environment. You will have experience as a Recruitment Manager (ideally but not exclusively in an Advertising/Media Agency), or been responsible for high volume talent acquisition in a similar environment.
The successful applicant will be comfortable, and able to clearly communicate ideas to all levels of the business. Identifying improvements and efficiencies to current processes, and the ability to influence internal stakeholders is pivotal to this role. Another key requirement is the ability to manage the annual recruitment spend, implementing innovative ideas to reduce external agency spend.
