User Experience Architect

An opportunity for a User Experience Architect to work on two of the most iconic and desirable automotive brands in Great Britain today within a dynamic global agency team environment. The automotive industry is changing rapidly so we’re looking for someone to help support the disruption.
The User Experience Architect will work across both brands on their respective global responsive websites. Both brands are continually striving to offer the best online experiences for their customers and potential customers, so as well as providing continual optimization and enhancements to both platforms, the User Experience Architect will also be expected to develop long-term strategic initiatives for both brands.
This is very much a hands on role. The User Experience Architect will be expected to fully understand the business and brand goals of both automotive brands, as well as the needs of their individual target audiences.
Spark44 is a new type of agency, established as a joint venture with Jaguar Land Rover globally.

That means we work across all platforms with a clear customer journey strategy, from the point of Intrigue, through an inform stage, to close of sale and sustaining the ongoing relationship.
