The Digital Project Manager focus is to successfully manage projects as a liaison between Strategic Planning, Account, Creative, UX, Web Development, Finance, suppliers and third party agencies i.e. Media. The Project Manager is client-facing for direct conversations. In addition to managing the projects internally and with Client partners, the Project Manager also oversees production and Spark’s supplier relationships for their projects. The Digital Project Manager is responsible for ensuring timely, in-budget quality deliverables for projects in accordance with the agency’s goals, balancing the details with the big picture. The Digital Project Manager must be able to work resourcefully (both independently and in teams), knowing when to escalate an issue or involving senior management.

Job Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
• Establish and manage project plans and budgets
• Oversee production and delivery of final assets for projects
• Collaborate with internal Spark teams and the external Agency partners to resolve issues
• Assist and support team members as needed
• Help to establish production process in conjunction with the project management team and the creative services team

Project Creation and Set Up
• Work with Account and Creative team to ensure jobs are created as needed
• Monitor scopes of work to ensure accuracy and clarity of projects         
• Create project plans and guide workflow to meet deadlines
• Ensure work is ready for client review based on schedules
• Manage internal and client reviews until final approval
• Ensure agency compliance with client policies
• Oversee production, clearance, cataloging and delivery of final assets to partners for trafficking and delivery

Project Reporting and Tracking
• Ensure that current approved projects are tracked and filed appropriately
• Deliver on performance marketing goals and monitor KPI΄s
• Prepare and manage weekly status reports for all open projects in conjunction with the account team and report project status to partners
• Collaborate with internal Spark teams and the external client partners to resolve any issues that pertain to production scheduling, reviews, or asset delivery throughout the project

Person Specifications, Qualifications & Skills
• 2+ years digital experience managing standard and rich media units, microsite builds, dynamic/programmatic display and content updates to primary websites
• Experience in handling standard CMS    
• Experience working with responsive design, UX, user testing and external development teams (desirable)
• Knowledge in digital media, channel planning, customer journeys and targeting and the respective methods and tools
• Formal project management methodology experience (Agile, Prince2, etc)
• Ability to converse with development team and clearly communicate requirements to creative, UX, developers, planning, account management and third parties.
• Ad Agency experience strongly preferred
